BREAKING NEWS:
Cleveland Browns Re-Sign Linebacker Sione Takitaki 🇹🇴

Sione suffered a torn ACL in Week 13 against the Houston Texans. Despite missing the end of the season, 2022 was Sione’s best year as a Brown, as he played multiple roles for the team, filling in at middle linebacker in addition to his work at strong-side linebacker. For 2022, he recorded 36 solo tackles, a forced fumble, and a sack.

Sione Takitaki was a third-round pick in 2019 out of BYU. Over his career, he has played in 57 games, starting 29. He has 203 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, two sacks, with two forced fumbles, a fumble recovery, and two interceptions, including one which he returned for a touchdown.
