There are so many versions of pancit; often named based on the noodles used, method of cooking, where it came from, or the ingredients used / available. This one is an Ate Mel fave - adobong pusit pancit. If you time it right, you might even be in when Musang himself drops off the squid from his catch. Great for sharing. 🖤🦑💥
