Can I get a round of applause for this baked Brie?! I’m in full spring mode and while baked Brie is typically enjoyed during the holidays, the upcoming Easter holiday counts in my book. This isn’t your typical Brie en Croute. It consists of:

- caramelized onions
- prosciutto 
- apricot jam 
- rosemary
