In this video, we're making the ultimate High Protein Yogurt Bowl with Peloton Instructor Adrian Williams and Peloton Nutritionist Dr. Jamie Schehr. This 5-minute yogurt protein bowl is a "choose your own adventure" recipe designed to optimize your gut health and support your immune system.

Dr. Jamie explains why combining prebiotics (like raw oats) with probiotics is the "fertilizer" your body needs for healthy flora. She also highlights how raw honey acts as a powerful antimicrobial and antibacterial agent, providing essential immune support and relief for those dealing with seasonal allergies. To top it off, we dive into why the humble banana is an elite performance food, packed with potassium, fiber, and the glucose needed to fuel your toughest workouts.

Plus, Adrian shares his secret (and slightly controversial!) nut of choice and his technique for the "perfect bite." Whether you’re fueling up for a heavy lifting session or looking for a recovery snack that tastes like a masterpiece, this nutrient-dense bowl has you covered.

The Full Recipe: Adrian’s High Protein Yogurt Bowl
Serves 1 | Prep time: 5 Minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek or yogurt (2%)
2 tsp honey
¼ cup raw oats (rolled, not instant)
½ medium banana, sliced or chopped
1 tbsp chia seeds or alternate seed of choice (flax, hemp)
1 tbsp chopped nuts of choice (walnuts used for nutrition calculation)
Sprinkle cinnamon (optional)
Fiber powder (optional)
Protein powder (optional) (unflavored, choc, or vanilla)
Tiny pinch of sea salt (optional)
Vanilla (optional)

Instructions:
Start with your base: Scoop your high-protein yogurt into a bowl.
Add your "Fertilizer": Sprinkle in the raw oats and chia seeds to support those probiotics.
Build the Texture: Add your nuts and a pinch of salt to enhance the savory-sweet balance.
Natural Sweetener: Drizzle honey over the top for antimicrobial and immune-system benefits.
Fresh Toppings: Slice your banana. As Dr. Jamie notes, the potassium and glucose in the banana make this the perfect fuel for your next Peloton class!
The Adrian Method: Mix it all together until it’s a "masterpiece" or eat it layer by layer to control every bite!
