Why we have to say NO to those eyes 👀— Keep Wildlife Wild ⤵️

Protecting our parks, and the critters in them, is a job for us all 🙌. 
•
Did you know? When animals are fed human food… 
•
1️⃣ We risk their life - animals can quickly become reliant on human food and they may stop hunting or foraging, and die 😞. 
•
2️⃣ We risk other people’s lives - animals that become reliant on people food may become aggressive—scratching, clawing, or worse 😥. 
•
3️⃣They can’t always distinguish food from wrappers or foil and may get sick if they consume. 

Above all..
•
4️⃣Human food is NOT healthy for wild animals, who have specialized diets and can die if fed the wrong foods. 
•
🙋🏻‍♀️ I wanted to share because honestly, when we first started adventuring outdoors I had no idea HOW harmful it was to share ‘a little trail mix’ 🤦🏻‍♀️.

❓The last thing we want to do is harm our Squirrel friends, right?? 🐿️
