Our fresh #RicedCauliflower is grown & processed in the U.S.A. and contains nothing but—you guessed it—cauliflower, so you can season it however you like. With a consistency similar to couscous, it makes a great replacement for pasta or—you guessed it again—rice.

If you’re a cauli-minimalist, briefly sauté our Riced Cauliflower in your favorite TJ’s olive oil with a pinch of salt and enjoy as is. Or do as we’ve done here and amp it up with aromatic garlic, a squeeze of bright lemon, a sprinkle of parsley, and a generous grating of Parmesan cheese.
