Under the lights…✨

With an eyes on securing an early regional standard, the UO distance crew took center stage Friday night at the Oregon Preview.

Harper McClain won the women’s 10,000m and was one of three Ducks under 34 minutes, and Abdinasir Hussein dipped below 29 minutes in the men’s race.

All told, Oregon posted four times faster than last year’s NCAA West cut-off mark in the event…

⏱️ Harper McClain – 33:44.62
⏱️ Maddy Elmore – 33:51.49
⏱️ Anika Thompson – 33:51.70

⏱️ Abdinasir Hussein – 28:57.08

Recap and full results posted now on GoDucks.com👀

Saturday’s schedule begins at 11 a.m. (PT) with the men’s javelin. Running events start at 1:45 p.m.
