This past week left me feeling so full, grateful for mission driven friends, excited to meet many of you in real life and inspired by our plans for 2026 to help more women use food as medicine!

We shot 70 anti-inflammatory recipes for The Being Collective (90 more coming this week!) and I ate wayy too much! It was SO fun to bring this to life with my incredible team.

I was on a panel hosted by we_natal vidadelrahim ronitmenashe_ with nataliecrawfordmd speaking about how insulin resistance and inflammation drive infertility. The room was at capacity and it reinforced the power of in person connection AND caring about your health!

We had an incredible women’s wellness dinner with amazing female founders and went deep in an intention circle.

ronitmenashe_ and her beautiful family hosted me and I slept in their daughter’s twin bed. After losing everything in the fires last year when I stayed with them, they still insist on me staying at their condo to spend time with the girls even though we were all on top of each other!

Thank you to Johnny for taking the best care of our babies so i can pursue this work of trying to help as many women as possible.

This week reinforced one principle for me: “if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”
