The Street Profits have been noticeably absent from WWE programming in recent weeks due to a creative decision rather than any injury.

According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins are not dealing with any physical issues.

“Neither of the Street Profits are hurt. The decision was just made to take them off TV to allow them to freshen up,” Meltzer reported.

The duo was last seen in a prominent role on SmackDown during the summer of 2025, where they held the WWE Tag Team Championships before losing them to The Wyatt Sicks (Dexter Lumis and Joe Gacy) on July 11. They had previously turned heel at the 2025 Royal Rumble.

It remains to be seen what creative direction they will take upon their return.
