Will this massive warehouse become a new ICE detention center? A vacant 470,044-square-foot warehouse off Route 46 in Roxbury, N.J. is the proposed site of a new ICE detention center. If approved, the facility would be nearly four times larger than the 118,880-square-foot Delaney Hall detention center in Newark (which holds 1,000 beds). The Roxbury Township Council unanimously approved a resolution opposing the immigration detention center in the township.
