This was just sent in by one of our followers and it’s honestly hard to watch.

On December 1st, a young man was wrongfully detained, manhandled, and even punched in the face by 2 downeypolice  downey police officers who were supposed to be helping.

According to the family, he’s autistic and does not like being touched something they say the officers ignored completely.
