Checking in on Blue Jays fans. 😭⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ The New York Mets have reached an agreement with longtime Toronto Blue Jays shortstop Bo Bichette on a three-year, $126 million deal, according to The Athletic. 😱⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ MLB Network’s Jon Morosi reports that the Mets plan to move Bichette, a two-time All-Star at shortstop, to third base as part of their infield reshuffle. 👀⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ The move is heartbreaking for many Toronto fans, as Bichette spent the first seven seasons of his career with the Blue Jays. 😭⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ The Florida native hit over .290 in six of his first seven big-league seasons and led the American League in hits twice.
