In honor of the first day of Spring we would like to introduce the featured artist for Spring 2023 Tempe Festival of the Arts, Kim Nickens!

This artist uses a technique called dimensional paper quilling. She tightly rolls and coils hundreds of strips of paper to create exquisite designs such as "Rainbow Collage" pictured here. 

Kim will be set up as our featured artist on the corner of 5th and Mill and we cannot wait!
