I still wasn’t satisfied Still very low confidence Had to be so restrictive with my diet just to keep a number on the scale How much longer could I do this? The mental stress, not allowing myself certain foods, ignoring my body & mind for a number on the scale I NEEDED to ditch the scale For both my mental & physical health. I worked on rewiring my mindset & habits, learned about proper nutrition for a BALANCED lifestyle, learned to appreciate my body & all it’s capable of. That’s where the real life change is, not in losing 5 more pounds.
