Today’s Anniversary Spotlight is Brian! Brian is one of our Service Technicians celebrating his 28th anniversary with Trinks. He gets to travel worldwide, help install machinery, and ensure everything is installed correctly and running well!  “When I first started, people told me to get out it's a sinking ship, but I am so glad I stuck around! I am glad to be a part of a company that kept succeeding and didn’t fail. Seeing the generational changes and some challenges is very rewarding because we are still here! I am still working to be a contributing member of a company that still has the drive to stay alive in this industry.” When Brian was just starting in the industry, he learned the skills of building hydraulic machinery through the help of his co-workers. Teamwork was something he realized was super important. “Engaging in conversations with one or more people and listening to each other's ideas, while contributing your own is very valuable.”
 

Brian loves the challenge of being able to develop new machines and ideas. "I love being able to work with a team of people to resolve all issues that come with new innovative ideas. I love being able to deliver a machine/system that performs to the company’s needs! In turn, hearing feedback from our customers in the form of compliments to Trinks or with more business is great as well! In one of my most recent startups, I was proud to hear our customer refer to the press as a 'Mercedes.'" In the next couple of years, Brian hopes to grow in his knowledge of industry technology to help provide a good customer relationship and be able to deliver solutions for their needs. This means giving them confidence in Trinks to provide quality retrofit packages to improve the functionality of our machines and other manufactured machines. He also hopes to still be alive for his 30th anniversary! His words, not ours! 
 

A fun fact about Brian is he’s had dogs for over 25 years. So, for a challenge, he taught his cat some tricks. His cat has learned how to: come, sit, shake, lay down, roll over, wait at the door to go outside and knock on the door/window when he wants to come in. Brian also LOVES to ride his motorcycle. He often times rides until he runs out of time or money.
