Hi! Haven’t posted since April.. oops. I’m still here and I’m going to be participating in the #JanuaryWhole30! 🥳

Like many others (maybe you, reading this now), I desperately need a reset after the holidays! Too many Christmas cookies and indulgent foods.

I’ve done another “diet/lifestyle change” program similar to #Whole30 in the past, but only made it about halfway through. So I’m posting this in hopes to keep myself accountable and motivated to finish the entire 30 days this time! 🙌🏻

Anyone else feeling sluggish and needing a reset? Anyone else taking the #januarywhole30challenge?! ☺️
