My name is Sheli Jane McCoy , 🎀

I’m Scottish, Irish (my dad) and English (my mumma) 

I’m 171cm tall , 68kg (today) and considered “Sturdy” 🥰

I’m in my 30’s and that’s enough said on that 🙃 i hate when the papers out me in the first sentence . Where’s the manners ?! 

I have a doggy - Alpha (4) , a Husky Cross! Blue eyes and blonde - the best combo 🥰 

I live in Dundee in Scotland and love the community here, the sports scene and the future plans for activity and schools with our kids activity group nextgenfitkids 

I Co-Own a giant fitness facility crossfitdundee_sweatbox which is a CrossFit affiliate , a Hyrox affiliate and an Olympic weightlifting club scottish_weightlifting_club.

Education - i left school at 15/16 , I went back to collage 18-20 and I went to University 21-26. Subsequently I have a Masters degree from Robert Gordon University and published literature 📕 

Sports - I’ve been training for 13 years and have been a CrossFit athlete and an Olympic weightlifting Athlete simultaneously. I’ve competed in teams and individually, I’ve been Scottish champion ,ive been to 6 British championships, I’ve represented my country and I’ve competed internationally. In 2025 I competed at the highest level at The World championships of WL. CrossFit was my first love and it remains my main training method to facilitate my current career as an on screen athlete. 

My passion -> To educate , motivate and inspire. I want to be the leader and the heroine I needed to see on my screens as a lil girl. I want to offer guidance , real life advice and good wholesome content for anyone who can relate to me or connect with me. Particularly young hopeful girls🎀

Over the last few years I’ve had the incredible opportunity to step into the TV and media space firstly within the role of “Sabre” the gladiator for the BBC remake and since I’ve feature on shows such as /
- The weakest link 
- House of games 
- Bridge of Lies 
- The wheel 
- Robson greens weekend escapes 🫶🏻 

I hope that over the years I can continue to share my knowledge , encouraging others and leave you all something worth having lived my life for.
