Racing on San Francisco Bay is always exciting - with challenging currents, shipping traffic and unpredictable winds. 

This year sailors were thrown for a loop when Sunday's forecast brought a Southerly breeze - as the saying goes: when you can't change the direction of the wind, adjust your sails!

Sunday's racing was the perfect example of that.
