They say “the elderly are just big kids at heart.” And honestly, no matter you are 6 or 86, what they really need is just — someone to chat and play with, and it would improve their physical and mental wellbeing.

In this episode, the Hongkong Bank Foundation partnered with Foodangel_hk_official , we brought together the energetic students from Wayfoong Nursery School and a group of wise seniors for a friendly showdown using our “Playmate” game set. To make the day even more special, Professor from Hong Kong Shue Yan University joined us to share three simple yet powerful tips for engaging conversations with seniors.
