"Astrology in the Age of Ambiguity" 

Don’t worry, the world has changed so much this past year that it has been nearly impossible for us all to keep up. It is normal to feel lost and alone with no sure path to take, especially in unprecedented times like this. Many people turned to expressive outlets, religion, and family to help them. Others decided to turn to the stars.

Many of us are familiar with at least a general concept of astrology. But, if you’re not, here’s a refresher, “Astrology is the study of planetary cycles and patterns—so in a way, it’s like weather forecasting, but for people's daily lives,” says Courtney O’Reilly, the founder of Vibrant Soul Astrology. Some people are still wary or don’t believe in the powers of astrology because it has a stigma around it. Because astrology is not a science, there is no evidence that one’s zodiac sign can accurately correlate to their personality. However, believers in the cosmos don’t need science as an explanation. The study of astrology places meaning on the placement of the sun, the moon, and the planets—making up the signs of the zodiac. The location of the moon and the other planets at the location and time of your birth can add more layers to your ‘birth chart.’
