Player Spotlight: Nikki Kato 🤩

“Playing college golf at San Diego State has called for a lot of self growth. When I first got here last year it wasn’t under the circumstances I expected, and it was really hard for me not being able to play. But my biggest takeaway from college golf is how important grit is and that no matter what the circumstances are, you put in your best every day. And thats how you start creating a winning culture in our team, all our energy bounces off of each other so it is important to do that not just for yourself but for everyone else. Having a team is what makes college golf so special since we play an individual sport and I am enjoying every second of that while I can.“ ❤️
