Today we honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

He prayed for a world where people would be judged by the content of their character, not the color of their skin. 

While we wish we could say we have fully lived up to that vision, the truth is we have not taken as many steps forward as he hoped and at times it feels like we have taken steps back.

Still, we remain committed.

At A New Day Integrative Health and Wellness, we will continue to stand for what we know is right. Dignity, compassion, equity, and care for all. 

Our doors, our hearts, and our healing space are open to everyone.
