Stepping into spring 💐with these key lime pie coconut 🌴🥥 macaroons using my favorite creamy and delicious sweetened condensed milk from lalecherausa These are SO simple to make. Just a few key ingredients, including a can of lalecherausa sweetened condensed milk. If you don’t have key limes, no problem! Regular limes work too! #ad #lalecherausa

1 (14-ounce) bag flaked unsweetened coconut flakes 
1 (14-ounce) can lalecherausa sweetened condensed milk 
2 teaspoons key lime zest (from about 4 key limes) or 2 regular limes, plus more for garnish
2 large egg whites 
½ teaspoon kosher salt 
1 cup white chocolate chips, melted and transferred to a piping bag 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, combine the coconut flakes, lalecherausa sweetened condensed milk and key lime zest. 

In another bowl, beat together the egg whites and salt until stiff peaks form. Fold the egg whites into the coconut flakes and mix until combined. Drop firmly packed level tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 10 to 14 minutes, until golden brown on the tops. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and then drizzle on the white chocolate and top with more lime zest.
