January is #MentalWellnessMonth. Mental wellness is a positive, lifelong process which helps individuals maintain mental resilience, cope with daily stresses of life, and overall live more fulfilling lives which contribute to the community.

All month long, Meals on Wheels West will be highlighting the importance of mental wellness, particularly for the homebound clients that we serve who face unique challenges to mental wellness due to factors such as aging, disabilities, and isolation.
