FISH GRILLING TIPS:
⭐️ Oil both the fish and the grates. 
⭐️ Don’t flip too early. The skin will naturally release from the grates when it’s ready to flip. 
⭐️ Perch, mahi-mahi, swordfish, pompano, monkfish are all great fish to grill with minimal bones.

REEL: Sauce recipe:
🔥 1 cup soy sauce
🔥 2 cloves chopped garlic 
🔥 1 inch chopped ginger 
🔥 3 scallions, thinly sliced 
🔥 zest and juice of 1 lime 
🔥 1 tbsp hot sauce of your choice 
🔥 1 tbsp brown sugar 
TO MAKE: combine all ingredients and let sit 10 mins before using
