Crispy chicken thighs in a spicy coconut broth over our Hot Honey Chicken Rice Cups? 10/10, no notes 🔥 Get the full recipe from @tfimb below ⬇️

Serves 2

2 chicken thighs
1 egg
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon hot sauce
2 cloves garlic, grated
salt and pepper
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, grated
1 can coconut milk
2 tablespoons sambol chili paste
1 tablespoon chili crisp
1 large head broccoli, broken into florets
2 Hot Honey Chicken Seasoned Rice Cups

Put the chicken thighs in a small bowl and add in the egg, honey, hot sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and store in the fridge for at least one hour or as long as overnight.

Preheat oven to 350. Mix the breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl with the lemon pepper and chili flakes. Preheat a frying pan with the oil. Remove a piece of chicken from the marinade and allow it to drip excess egg. Dredge in the breadcrumbs on both sides, then pan fry for about 3 minutes a side. Repeat with the other chicken, then place them on a baking sheet or rack. Bake for 10 minutes while making the sauce.

Add the garlic to the pan where you cooked the chicken. Stir to combine. Add in the coconut milk, chili paste, and chili crisp. Stir to combine.

Toss the broccoli with some oil and salt. Broil on high or air fry until charred on the edges.

Remove lids and microwave the Minute Rice Cups together for 90 seconds. Build the bowls with the rice, broccoli, and chicken, then pour in the broth. Serve.
