Hot dogs just leveled up 🔥 @tfimb took the classic and gave it a crispy brown butter rice twist using our Butter & Sea Salt Jasmine Rice Cups. It’s savory, crunchy, and totally next level. Recipe’s below! 👇

Makes 6 hot dogs

2 Butter and Sea Salt Jasmine Minute Rice Cups
2 tablespoons butter

Heat the Minute Rice Cups according to pack instructions. Add them to a hot pan with the butter. Stir, then spread out and cook over medium high heat for about 15 minutes. Flip and repeat, trying to keep the larger clumps of rice together.

1 cup cucumber
1 cup radish
2 cloves garlic, grated
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons honey
gochugaru and salt to taste

mix all ingredients together to form the topping

1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon gochujang
splash of rice vinegar

mix all ingredients together to form the sauce

6 hot dogs
6 buns
butter

Toast the buns in the pan, then the hot dogs next. Put the buns on a platter and add the hot dogs. Top with the cucumber mix, then the crispy rice, then the sauce. Serve.
