✨Summer Truffle Pasta✨

Found some summer truffles at Eataly and shaved them over some fresh handmade Trenette pasta in a simple butter & Parmigiano sauce so they can shine ✨

Ingredients:

- 1/2 lb. fresh trenette pasta
- 4 tbsp. Italian butter, sliced
- 1 cup Parmigiano Reggiano, finely grated
- 1-2 summer truffles
- Pasta water as needed
