Using brown butter as a base for all my pasta dishes this fall! I love the warm and nutty richness it adds to this pasta dish. 🍂🍁

- 1/2 lb. lumache pasta
- 6 tbsp. salted butter
- 6-8 sage leaves
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
- Aged balsamic or balsamic glaze
- Pasta water as needed
