## Caption

Broccoli Cheddar Soup, but make it pasta! 🥦🧀 This was a fun one to make and you can also add extra broth for a more soup-like consistency based on what you’re craving! 🍝

Ingredients:

- 1/2 lb. small shells or other short pasta
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 yellow onion, diced 
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar, grated
- 1/2 cup mozzarella, grated
- Salt to taste
- Pasta water as needed
