Sum’ Sweet Ep. 16: Strawberry crunch upside down cake.
1 box Betty Crocker yellow cake (bake @ 350 degrees for 35-45 mins. For the water pan, add 1 1/2 cups of water to pan)
3 eggs 
1/3 cup vegetable oil 
1 cup water 
1 can strawberry pie filling 
Cool whip 

Strawberry crunch topping:
1/2 oz freeze dried strawberries 
2 cups Nilla wafers
