Cajun cream of chicken soup recipe ⬇️
1.5 lbs chicken thighs (diced and seasoned with 2 tsp Cajun spice)
10 oz of beef sausage 
1 tbsp cooking oil 
1/2 diced onion 
1 diced green bell pepper 
4 stalks celery 
4-5 cloves garlic 
1/4 cup flour 
4 tbsp unsalted butter 
3 cups chicken broth 
1 pint half and half cream
1 pack of vegetable dip mix 
1/2 tbsp Cajun spice 
2 tsp smoked paprika 
2 tsp black pepper 
3-4 diced red potatoes (microwaved for 10 mins in 1 cup of water. Make sure to drain and dispose of water after cooking in microwave) 
A few dashes of hot sauce (optional)
Salt to taste
