8 oz mild cheddar
8 oz sharp cheddar
8 oz mozzarella
8 oz of Velveeta cheese
3/4 cup pasta water
3 cups of half & half (has enough cream and it's cheaper)
4 tbsp butter 
1 tsp black pepper 
2 tsp salt 
1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
