1 1/2 cups washed rice 
3 cups water 
1/2 block low fat cream cheese (or full fat)
1 lb 73/27 ground beef 
1 pack of taco seasoning 
1 can Rotel 
2 tbsp canned chipotle sauce 
8 oz of Mexican shredded cheese 
1/2 beef bouillon cube (you can also use 3 cups beef broth instead of the water and bouillon cube)
Salt to taste
