Perfect fried turkey chops recipe ⬇️

1lb raw turkey chops (if you can’t find them, just get turkey breasts and slice them into steaks)
1 pint buttermilk 
2 tbsp mustard 
Pinch of salt 
1/8 cup hot sauce
1 cup cold water 

For frying:
2 cups all purpose flour 
Buttermilk brine (already made)
10 oz of Andy’s Mild chicken breading 
Oil for frying (enough to fully submerge chops without causing the oil to spill over)

Gravy:
5 tbsp unsalted butter 
1/2 minced onion 
3 cloves minced garlic 
1/4 cup flour 
2 cups chicken broth 
1/2 cup half n half 
2 tsp Pepper 
Salt to taste 
2 tsp Onion powder 
2 tsp Garlic powder 
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder (optional)
