4 cloves of garlic 
1 cup chicken broth 
2 cups heavy cream 
1/2 cup Red bell peppers
1/2 cup Green bell peppers 
1 tbsp flour 
1 tsp onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper 
2 tsp Cajun spice (any blend you like)
Butter 
5-6 oz salmon 
4-6 oz beef sausage
