1 sheet puff pastry 
1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs 
1 tbsp butter 
2 tsp garlic & herb seasoning(I used Good seasons)
1/2 diced onion
3 cloves minced garlic 
2 cups spinach 
2 cups frozen redskin potatoes 
1/4 cup minced sun-dried tomatoes in oil ( with 1 tbsp of the oil)
1/2 cup chicken broth 
1 block softened cream cheese 
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder 
1 tsp smoked paprika (or regular) 
1 tsp black pepper 
Egg wash (1 egg beaten with 2 tbsp water)
1 cup mozzarella cheese
