Sum’ Sweet Ep. 4: Sweet Potato Tres Leches Cake. Recipe below ⬇️

*Cake
1 of sweet potatoes (drained)
1 box of vanilla cake mix 
3 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil 
1 cup water 
1 tsp cinnamon 
1 tsp nutmeg 
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

*Milk mixture 
2 cups cold whole milk 
1 cup canned evaporated milk 
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk (7 oz)
1 tsp cinnamon

*Top with
8 oz cool whip 
Dust with cinnamon (optional)
Caramel sauce (I made mine but you can just buy it premade if you want to make it easy)
