Cajun chicken pot pie recipe 
1 sheet of puff pastry 
4 small redskin potatoes (diced)
5 chicken thighs 
10 oz beef sausage 
Cajun seasoning (ingredients on screen)
1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup vegetable oil 
1 tsp chicken base 
2 cups water
1 tbsp tomato paste 

1 diced green bell pepper 
1/2 diced onion 
3 stalks celery (diced)
3 cloves minced garlic 

Cajun butter:
3 tbsp melted unsalted butter 
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tsp hot sauce (optional) 
Fresh parsley
