4 lbs of sweet potatoes 
2.5 cups yam juice 
1 tbsp cinnamon 
2 tsp nutmeg 
1/4 cup white sugar 
1/2 cup brown sugar (add more based on your sweetness preference)
3/4 cups half & half 
1 tsp salt 
1 stick butter 

Brûlée topping 
1/4 cup brown sugar 
1/4 cup white 

Serve with sugared pecans and marshmallow fluff
