Recipe⬇️
Broccoli & cheddar chicken pot pie 4-6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
Salt & pepper
1/2 onion chopped
3 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 lb broccoli
1 russet potato (skinned and diced)
2 cans broccoli & cheddar soup
1 cup chicken broth
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
Puff pastry for the top (or pie crust)
Egg wash with 1 egg mixed with 1 top cold water
Sprinkle with cheese on top before baking
