Loaded Cheeseburger Bowls Recipe

Ingredients

For the fries:
• 4 medium russet potatoes, cut into fry shape
• 1 tbsp avocado oil
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1½ tsp seasoning salt (I used Johnny’s)
• ½ tsp black pepper

For the beef:
• 1 lb ground beef
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1–2 tsp yellow mustard

Burger sauce:
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tsp yellow mustard
• 1 tbsp pickle juice
• 2 tbsp finely diced pickles

Toppings:
• 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
• 1 large tomato, diced
• ½ medium white onion, diced
• Shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
• Extra pickles

Instructions

1. Prep the fries:
Soak the cut potatoes in ice water for 15–20 minutes. Drain and pat completely dry.

2. Air-fry the potatoes:
Toss with oil and seasonings. Air fry at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, tossing 2–3 times until golden and crispy.

3. Cook the beef:
Brown ground beef in a skillet with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and mustard until fully cooked and slightly crispy.

4. Make the sauce:
Stir together mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, and diced pickles. Chill until ready to use.

5. Build your bowls:
Layer chopped lettuce, crispy fries, ground beef, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, onions, extra pickles, and a drizzle of burger sauce.

Makes 3–4 bowls.
