Sheet Pan Honey Buffalo Chicken with Veggies ✨

Easy, one-pan chicken dinner made in under 30 minutes! Perfect recipe for busy weeknight and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients N

For the Chicken
	•	1½ lbs chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
	•	1 tsp garlic powder
	•	1 tsp paprika
	For•	½ tsp onion powder
	•	1 tsp salt
	•	½ tsp black pepper
	•	1 tbsp flour
	•	½ tbsp oil

For the Veggies
	•	2 cups broccoli florets
	•	2 cups cauliflower florets
	•	8 mini bell peppers, seeded
	•	1 medium red onion, sliced
	•	½ tbsp garlic powder
	•	1 tsp salt
	•	½ tsp black pepper
	•	1 tbsp oil

Honey Buffalo Sauce
	•	¼ cup buffalo sauce
	•	2 tbsp honey

Instructions
	1.	Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan with parchment.
	2.	Season the chicken: Add chicken to one half of the pan. Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add flour and oil, then toss directly on the pan to coat. Spread into an even layer.
	3.	Prep the veggies: On the other half of the sheet pan, add broccoli, cauliflower, mini peppers, and onion. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and drizzle with oil. Toss to coat evenly.
	4.	Bake for 15 minutes.
	5.	Add the sauce: Whisk buffalo sauce and honey. Remove the pan from the oven, toss the chicken in the honey buffalo sauce, and spread it back out.
	6.	Bake for 10 more minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
	7.	Broil 2–3 minutes for extra caramelization.
	8.	Serve immediately — over rice, in wraps, or straight from the pan!
