Quick, flavorful, and perfect for an easy weeknight dinner. Tacos made with juicy shaved beef, sautéed peppers, and melted cheese. Served with bright cilantro-lime sauce on top. Enjoy!

Ingredients

For the Beef
• 2 packs shaved beef (14 oz each)
• 1–2 tbsp oil (for sautéing)
• 1½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder

For the Veggies
• ½ large onion, thinly sliced
• 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced (red + orange used)
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp cumin

To Finish
• 1–1½ cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
• Warm corn or flour tortillas

Cilantro Lime Sauce
• ½ cup sour cream
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• ½ medium jalapeño (more for extra heat)
• 1 handful cilantro, chopped
• ½ tsp chicken bouillon (or to taste)
• Juice of 1 lime
• 1–2 tbsp water, to thin as needed
Blend until smooth and creamy.

Instructions
	1.	Heat a skillet with a little oil.
Add half the shaved beef and season with half of the beef seasoning. Cook 2–3 minutes, then remove. Repeat with the remaining beef + seasoning.
	2.	In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed.
Cook the sliced onion for 2 minutes, then add bell peppers and cook another 4–5 minutes.
	3.	Add the minced garlic and cook 30 seconds.
Add all the veggie seasonings and mix well. Cook 1 minute.
	4.	Return the cooked shaved beef to the skillet and toss everything together. Taste and adjust salt if needed.
	5.	Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded Mexican cheese over the skillet. Cover and let it melt for 1–2 minutes.
	6.	While the cheese melts, make the cilantro lime sauce. Blend all sauce ingredients until creamy.
	7.	Fill warm tortillas with the cheesy beef + peppers.
Drizzle with cilantro-lime sauce and serve tacos immediately.
