Salted Caramel Apple Bark 🍏

All the flavors of a classic caramel apple — gooey caramel, sweet chocolate, crunchy pretzels, and crisp diced apples — layered into an easy, no-bake fall treat everyone will love.

Ingredients
	•	12 oz sweet or semi-sweet chocolate (chopped or chips)
	•	1 tbsp coconut oil
	•	1 green apple, diced (pat dry with paper towels)
	•	¾ cup creamy caramel sauce
	•	¼ cup chopped pecans
	•	1 cup mini pretzels (lightly crushed or whole)
	•	Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling

Instructions
	1.	Melt the chocolate:
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy. (You can also melt it over a double boiler.)
	2.	Spread the base:
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the melted chocolate onto the sheet and spread it evenly into a rectangle, about ¼-inch thick.
	3.	Add toppings:
Evenly sprinkle the diced apples, pretzels, and chopped pecans over the chocolate base.
	4.	Drizzle the caramel:
Warm the caramel sauce slightly if needed, then drizzle generously over the top.
	5.	Finish & freeze:
Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top, then place the tray in the freezer for at least 2–3 hours, or until the bark is completely set and firm.
	6.	Break & serve:
Once solid, break or cut into pieces. Keep stored in the fridge or freezer until ready to serve for the best crunch and texture.

Tips
	•	Always pat apples dry before adding to prevent moisture from softening the chocolate.
	•	Use milk, semi-sweet, or dark chocolate depending on your flavor preference.
	•	Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
