I grabbed a bag of frozen chicken bites, a Caesar salad kit, microwaveable jasmine rice, and a few extras to pull it all together. When you just don’t feel like cooking but still want something fresh and filling, this is perfect.

🥗 15-Minute Chicken Caesar Rice Bowls (Serves 4)

Ingredients:
• 1 (24 oz) bag breaded chicken bites (about 3–4 oz per bowl)
• 1 Caesar salad kit (10.3 oz)
• Extra Caesar dressing (optional, for extra flavor or drizzling)
• Grated Parmesan cheese (to taste)
• 2 pouches (8.8 oz each) microwaveable jasmine rice

Instructions:
	1.	Air fry the chicken according to package directions (about 10–12 minutes).
	2.	Microwave the rice.
	3.	Toss the salad: Add the greens to a bowl, season with the black pepper from the kit, toss with Parmesan, and use the included Caesar dressing or your favorite (I used a separate one my family loves!).
	4.	Assemble: Divide the rice between 4 bowls, then top each with salad and crispy chicken. Finish with more Parmesan and crushed croutons from the kit.

Easy, flavorful, and perfect for busy nights when you want dinner on the table fast.
