Don't let the pear flavor fool you: the Conference Martini has bite 🍐

And it works just as well as an aperitif or digestif – either way, it’ll wow your friends.

Serve in chilled tiny tini copper coupes, to keep them cooler for longer.

PS: Clementine zest / peel works just as well as orange for the garnish (if they’re in season near you).

→ Ingredients

Ice cubes
25ml Absolut Elyx vodka
15ml Lillet blanc
10ml pear liqueur
1 dash of Angostura bitters

Garnish: 1 orange zest "coin"

→ How to make it

1. Add all ingredients (except the garnish) into a mixing glass filled with ice cubes.

2. Stir until well chilled.

3. Strain into a chilled tiny tini copper coupe.

4. Garnish with the orange zest “coin” and serve ✨

Note: It may be worth a quick search for the best way to cut an orange peel “coin” before you make this cocktail. Don’t worry – it’s easy!
