Congratulations to Jalena Keane-Lee, director of STANDING ABOVE THE CLOUDS, just awarded the Festival Golden Reel for Best Documentary Short at the Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival. The film follows Native Hawaiian mother-daughter activists as they attempt to protect their sacred mountain Mauna Kea from the building of the world’s largest telescope.
