But really, it hasn’t been easy getting back into the swing of things

My strength isn’t there anymore and it’s really weighing on my mental state

I get so down on myself because I can’t seem to just get back to what I used to be

I am so thankful I met @poflo.fit and he’s been so helpful and understanding when I’m just not feeling it

There are so many days where I get so negative and he reminds me that I showed up, I did my best and some days more than my best and I need to recognize that

He’s right, it’s just been so hard to change my mentality when for so long it’s been such a struggle

I used to barbell squat 200 lbs and today I’m lucky if I can do 20 😭😭

I know it will take time, I just need to focus and stay the course
