## Caption

I always used to think of working out as a chore.  It was something I HAD to do because I wanted to have a more positive outlook about the way I looked and felt.

But I never took into consideration that I could find fun ways to work out.  It wasn’t until I found the gyms, classes and instructors that made it joyful that my mindset changed.

It wasn’t any longer a chore but something I GOT to do!  I get to go move my body and get my endorphins up and come out feeling amazing!

Rarely do I leave a workout thinking “I regret this!” They key is finding the passion in your fitness routine to keep you going!

I want to be able to help one of you find the same!  I would like to giveaway 6 months free to Club Fitness!
